How do I get Support?
RWS Customers have several options to receive support.
1) Review Knowledgebase
RWS maintains an extensive knowledgebase consisting of many frequently ask questions and
answers. There are detailed instructions for setting up email
accounts / pop3, domains, databases, and much more.
2) Open a Support Ticket
We use SmarterTicket developed by smarterTools Inc. as our helpdesk
solution. For the best service available it is always recommended to open
a support ticket. Support tickets can be opened in two ways.
- Send an email to support@reelwebsolutions.com.
A ticket will be opened for you automatic. A confirmation email
containing the support ticket number will be returned to you.
- Use your browser to navigate to http://www.reelwebsolutions.com/support.
Click on
Submit a ticket and fill out the form as applicable.
Support ticket status may be checked by visiting our support home
page 24 hours a day.
3) Phone Support
We offer phone support limited to normal business hours. Please make
every attempt to use the prefered support methods above before calling for
technical support. Thank You.
